Target Information
NCK1 is a signaling and transforming protein containing Src homology 2 and 3 (SH2 and SH3) domains. It functions as an adaptor protein in the cytoplasm, transducing signals from receptor tyrosine kinases to downstream molecules such as RAS. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
