Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of ~1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform additional desalting (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
HACE1 is an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase involved in Golgi membrane fusion and regulation of small GTPases.
It regulates Golgi membrane dynamics during the cell cycle by mediating ubiquitination events required for Golgi reassembly.
HACE1 specifically interacts with GTP-bound RAC1, promoting its ubiquitination and degradation, contributing to host defense mechanisms.
It may also act as a transcription regulator via interaction with RARB.
