Target Information
CD63 (LAMP-3, lysosome-associated membrane protein-3)은 tetraspanin 계열의 당단백질로, 다양한 세포 유형의 후기 엔도솜, 리소좀 및 분비 소포에 존재합니다. 세포 활성화 후에는 세포막에서도 발견되며, basophil 활성화 마커로 널리 사용됩니다. CD63은 integrin과 상호작용하며, 포식작용 및 세포 이동에 영향을 미치고, H/K-ATPase 및 ROMK1 채널 조절에도 관여합니다. 또한 T-cell costimulation 분자로 작용하며, 암의 예후 예측에도 활용됩니다. 활성화된 혈소판, 단핵구, 대식세포에서 발현되며, 과립구, B, T 세포에서는 약하게 발현됩니다. CD63은 melanoma-associated antigen ME491 및 platelet antigen PTLGP40과 동일합니다. CD63 기능 이상은 흑색종(melanoma)과 Hermansky-Pudlak 증후군과 관련되어 있습니다.
