For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional round of desalting (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
WNT3 is a member of the WNT gene family encoding secreted signaling proteins involved in oncogenesis and developmental processes such as cell fate regulation and embryonic patterning.
Expression studies in the NT2 teratocarcinoma cell line suggest a role in early neuronal differentiation induced by retinoic acid.
This gene is clustered with another family member, WNT3, in the chromosome 17q21 region.
