Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional round of desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
WNT3 is part of the WNT gene family encoding secreted signaling proteins implicated in oncogenesis and developmental processes, including regulation of cell fate and patterning during embryogenesis.
Expression studies in the NT2 teratocarcinoma cell line suggest its involvement in early neuronal differentiation induced by retinoic acid.
This gene is clustered with another family member, WNT3A, in the chromosome 17q21 region.
