Product Specific Information
- Reconstitution: Add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
- For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).

LGALS3BP (Galectin-3-binding protein) belongs to the galectin family of β-galactoside-binding proteins involved in modulating cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions.
- Elevated in serum of cancer and HIV-infected patients.
- Implicated in immune responses involving NK and LAK cell cytotoxicity.
- Localized to chromosome 17q25.
- Binds specifically to human macrophage-associated lectin Mac-2 and galectin-1.
