Description:
APA5 단클론 항체는 마우스 CD140a (PDGFRA, platelet-derived growth factor receptor alpha chain)을 인식합니다. PDGFRα는 리간드 결합 시 표면에서 이합체를 형성하고, 기질을 인산화하는 수용체 티로신 키나아제입니다. PDGFR 이합체는 α/α, β/β, 또는 α/β 형태로 존재하며, 성체 마우스의 간엽 유래 세포 및 배아 조직에서 발현됩니다.

Flow cytometric analysis에 사용 가능.
Applications Tested:
NIH/3T3 세포를 이용한 유세포분석으로 테스트됨. ≤0.125 µg/test 권장. (100 µL 세포 시료 기준, 세포 수는 10⁵~10⁸ cells/test 범위 내에서 실험적으로 결정 필요)
Light Sensitivity:
이 탠덤 염색체는 광산화에 민감하므로, 시료 및 시약은 빛을 피하여 보관하십시오.
Fixation:
