Target Information
DYRK3는 serine/threonine과 tyrosine 잔기의 인산화를 촉매하는 이중 특이성 단백질 키나제(DYRK) 계열에 속합니다. DYRK 계열은 구조적 유사성을 가지지만 기질 특이성이 달라 다양한 세포 기능에 관여합니다.
DYRK3는 EPO 의존적 적혈구 생성의 음성 조절자로 작용하여 스트레스 적혈구 생성 중 적혈구 생산의 상한선을 설정할 수 있습니다. 또한 조혈 전구세포에서 사이토카인 결핍에 의한 세포 사멸을 억제할 수 있으며, CREB/CRE 신호 조절을 통해 작용할 가능성이 있습니다.
