Target Information
AMPD3는 AMP deaminase 유전자 패밀리에 속하는 효소로, 아데노신 모노포스페이트를 이노신 모노포스페이트로 가수분해 탈아미노화하는 반응을 촉매합니다. 이 단백질은 적혈구(E) 동형체로 존재하며, 다른 동형체들은 근육(M)과 간(L) 세포에서 주로 발현됩니다. 이 유전자의 돌연변이는 임상적으로 무증상인 상염색체 열성 질환인 적혈구 AMP deaminase 결핍증을 유발할 수 있습니다.
