Target Information
AMOTL2는 인산화된 SRC의 세포-기질 부착 부위로의 이동을 조절하며, 액틴 필라멘트 구조 유지에 필수적입니다. 또한 Wnt/β-catenin 신호 경로를 억제하고, CTNNB1을 재활용 엔도좀으로 유도하여 핵으로의 이동을 방지합니다. 혈관형성(angiogenesis)에 관여하며, 내피세포의 극성, 증식 및 이동에도 역할을 합니다. FGF 유도 MAPK 활성화를 SRC를 통해 선택적으로 촉진합니다.
