Target Information
Platelet Activating Factor (PAF)는 생물학적으로 활성화된 인지질로, G-단백질 결합 수용체를 통해 혈소판, 호중구, 단핵구에서 주로 염증 반응을 유도합니다.
Platelet Activating Factor Acetylhydrolase (PAF-AH)는 분비성 단백질로, PAF의 sn2 에스터 결합을 가수분해하여 생물학적으로 비활성 형태인 lyso-PAF로 전환시킵니다.
또한 PAF-AH는 LDL 입자와 상호작용하여 산화된 인지질을 가수분해함으로써 lysophosphatidylcholine (lyso-PC) 및 기타 lysophospholipids를 생성합니다.
