Target Information
EFR3B는 phosphatidylinositol 4-kinase (PI4K)를 세포막에 위치시키는 복합체의 구성 요소로, phosphatidylinositol 4-phosphate (PtdIns(4)P) 합성 조절에 관여합니다. 이 복합체 내에서 EFR3B는 막 고정 역할을 하는 것으로 추정됩니다. 또한 G-protein-coupled receptor의 반응성에도 관여하나, 이 역할이 직접적인지 간접적인지는 명확하지 않습니다.
