- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
- For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).

MOB4A is similar to the yeast Mob1 protein, which binds Mps1p—a kinase essential for spindle pole body duplication and mitotic checkpoint regulation.
Mob4A regulates NDR1 and NDR2 kinase activity, widely expressed nuclear serine-threonine kinases implicated in cell proliferation and tumor progression.
