Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
NUDT4 cleaves a beta-phosphate from diphosphate groups in PP-InsP5, PP-InsP4, and [PP]2-InsP4, indicating a role in signal transduction.
It catalyzes hydrolysis of dinucleoside oligophosphate Ap6A (producing ADP and p4a), but not Ap5A, and can hydrolyze 5-phosphoribose 1-diphosphate.
NUDT4 does not participate in U8 snoRNA decapping activity but binds U8 snoRNA.
