Target Information
PRAGMIN, also known as SGK223 (Sugen Kinase 223), is a protein originally identified in a yeast two-hybrid screen for Rnd2 effector proteins expressed in neural cells. Rat Pragmin stimulates RhoA activity, regulating neurite outgrowth.
