The rat IgG2b, kappa monoclonal antibody serves as an isotype control immunoglobulin.
Biotin Rat IgG2b Isotype Control is reported for use in immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry, and flow cytometric analysis.
It has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocyte suspensions and should be used at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.
Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.
