Target Information
Vasodilator-stimulated phosphoprotein (VASP)는 Ena-VASP 단백질 패밀리에 속하며, EHV1 N-말단 도메인을 통해 E/DFPPPPXD/E 모티프를 포함하는 단백질과 결합하여 초점 부착부(focal adhesion)에 위치합니다.
중간 영역에는 SH3 및 WW 도메인을 가진 단백질과 결합하는 프롤린-풍부 도메인이 있으며, C-말단 EVH2 도메인은 사량체화(tetramerization)를 매개하고 G 및 F 액틴과 결합합니다.
VASP는 필라멘트성 액틴 형성과 세포 부착 및 이동에 관여하며, 인테그린-세포외 기질 상호작용을 조절하는 세포 내 신호전달 경로에도 관여합니다.
PKA 및 PKG 의존성 키나아제에 의해 인산화 조절을 받습니다.
