Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step.

Target Information
NFKB1 or NFKB2 forms a complex with REL, RELA, or RELB to create the NFKB complex.
This complex is inhibited by I-kappa-B proteins (NFKBIA or NFKBIB), which retain NF-kappa-B in the cytoplasm.
Phosphorylation of I-kappa-B proteins by kinases (IKBKA or IKBKB) leads to their ubiquitination and degradation, enabling activation of NF-kappa-B.
Activated NF-kappa-B translocates to the nucleus and binds DNA at kappa-B motifs (e.g., 5'-GGGRNNYYCC-3').
Activation may require interaction with other transcription factors such as STAT, AP1, and NFAT.
