Target Information
Pleiotrophin (PTN) is an 18 kDa secreted heparin and chondroitin-binding protein that acts as a regulatory cytokine critical to early blood vessel and neuron development. Elevated PTN serum levels are associated with various solid tumors and multiple myeloma, while expression in normal adult tissues is very limited.
