Invitrogen™ Click-iT™ HPG Alexa Fluor™ 488 Protein Synthesis Assay Kit
The Click-iT™ HPG Alexa Fluor™ 488 Protein Synthesis Assay Kit provides a fast, sensitive, non-toxic, and non-radioactive method for the detection of nascent protein synthesis utilizing fluorescence microscopy, high-content imaging, or flow cytometry.
Included in the kit are:
- L-homopropargylglycine (HPG), an amino acid analog of methionine containing an alkyne moiety
- Alexa Fluor™ 488 azide
HPG is incorporated into newly synthesized proteins in cultured cells. Subsequent addition of Alexa Fluor™ 488 azide enables a chemoselective ligation (click reaction) between the fluorescent azide and alkyne groups, allowing visualization of nascent proteins.

Click-iT™ HPG Alexa Fluor™ 488 키트는 Click™-iT AHA (azide amino acid) 및 Alexa Fluor™ 594 Alkyne과 함께 사용하여 단백질 합성의 시공간적 차이를 분석할 수 있습니다.
