11B11 항체는 마우스 인터루킨-4(IL-4, 14 kDa)와 반응하며, 중화 기능을 가진 단클론 항체입니다. IL-4는 활성화된 Th2 및 NK T 세포에서 주로 분비되며, B세포의 증식과 분화를 촉진합니다. 또한 CD40과 같은 신호와 함께 B세포의 Ig 동형 전환 및 MHC class II, CD23 발현을 유도합니다.
