TSC22 domain family member 3 (TSC22D3) 단백질은 leucine zipper 구조를 가진 전사 조절 인자로, glucocorticoid 및 IL-10에 의해 발현이 유도됩니다.
이 단백질은 NF-κB 및 AP-1과 같은 염증 신호 매개체의 활성을 억제하며, 항염증 및 면역억제 작용에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
또한 다양한 핵 수용체 및 NF-κB의 전사 공동활성인자로 작용하며, 중간엽 줄기세포의 골아세포 분화 및 골 형성에도 관여합니다.
