Product Specific Information

For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

MAP2K3 (MEK3) is a dual-specificity protein kinase involved in cellular signal transduction. It phosphorylates and activates MAPK14/p38-MAPK and plays a role in glucose transporter expression. Activation can occur via insulin or RAS oncogene expression, leading to constitutive MAPK14 activation and oncogenic transformation. Inhibition of MAP2K3 is linked to the pathogenesis of Yersinia pseudotuberculosis. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants exist for MEK3.
