Target Information
CD15 (Lewis X, Le(x); stage specific embryonic antigen-1, SSEA-1)은 3-fucosyl-N-acetyllactosamine으로 구성된 삼당류 결정기로, 다양한 세포 유형(예: 호중구, 비만세포, 단핵구, 대식세포, 위점막세포, 신경계 세포, 종양세포 등)의 당지질, 당단백질, 프로테오글리칸에 발현됩니다.
Lewis X의 여러 변형체에는 sialyl-Lewis X 및 sulphated Lewis X가 포함됩니다. Le(x) 항원의 높은 발현은 칼슘 의존적 Le(x)-Le(x) 상호작용에 기반한 강한 자가 응집을 유도하며, 이는 배아 압축 및 기형암 세포의 자가응집 과정에 관여합니다.
Sialyl-Le(x)와 그 이성질체 sialyl-Le(a)는 selectin의 리간드로 작용합니다. CD15 발현은 Hodgkin 병 진단 확인에 광범위하게 사용됩니다.
