For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.

Target Information

Mammalian mitochondrial ribosomal proteins are encoded by nuclear genes and support protein synthesis within mitochondria. Mitoribosomes consist of a small 28S and a large 39S subunit, with a high protein-to-rRNA ratio (~75%). Unlike prokaryotic ribosomes, mammalian mitoribosomes lack 5S rRNA.
DAP3 encodes a 28S subunit protein involved in apoptotic pathways triggered by TNF-α, Fas ligand, and IFN-γ. It may bind ATP/GTP and interact with mitoribosomal protein S27. Splice variants differ in the 5′ UTR but encode the same protein. Pseudogenes are located on chromosomes 1q and 2q.
