For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

FBXW7 (F-Box and WD Repeat Domain Containing 7) is a member of the F-box protein family, characterized by a ~40 amino acid F-box motif. F-box proteins form part of the ubiquitin ligase complex SCF (SKP1–Cullin–F-box), which mediates phosphorylation-dependent ubiquitination.

FBXW7 belongs to the Fbws class, containing WD40 domains and an F-box region. It binds directly to cyclin E and may target it for ubiquitin-mediated degradation. Mutations in FBXW7 have been identified in ovarian and breast cancer cell lines, suggesting a role in cancer pathogenesis. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms exist for this gene.
