Target Information
IGF2BP1 (Insulin-like Growth Factor 2 mRNA-Binding Protein 1) is part of the IGF2 mRNA-binding protein family. It contains four K homology domains and two RNA recognition motifs, binding to mRNAs such as IGF2, β-actin, and β-TRCP to regulate translation. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms are known for this gene.
