Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA-fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- For formalin-fixed tissues, heat tissue sections in 10 mM Tris buffer with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, then cool at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Target Information
AMPD3는 AMP deaminase 유전자 패밀리에 속하는 효소로, adenosine monophosphate를 inosine monophosphate로 전환하는 반응을 촉매합니다. 이 단백질은 적혈구(E) 아이소폼으로 존재하며, 근육(M) 및 간(L) 세포에서 다른 아이소폼이 발현됩니다.
이 유전자의 돌연변이는 무증상의 상염색체 열성 질환인 적혈구 AMP deaminase 결핍증을 유발할 수 있습니다.
