Product Specific Information
- For Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 min at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris Buffer with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 min at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Target Information
AMPD3는 AMP deaminase 유전자 패밀리에 속하는 효소로, adenosine monophosphate(AMP)를 inosine monophosphate(IMP)로 탈아민화하는 반응을 촉매합니다.
이 단백질은 적혈구(E)에서 주로 발현되며, 다른 isoform들은 근육(M) 및 간(L)에서 주로 발현됩니다.
이 유전자의 돌연변이는 임상적으로 무증상의 상염색체 열성 질환인 적혈구 AMP deaminase 결핍증을 유발할 수 있습니다.
