Product Specific Information

Each lot is tested for sensitivity using ELISA and specificity using immunoelectrophoresis (IEP).
Rehydrate with 1.1 mL of deionized water and let stand 30 minutes at room temperature to dissolve. Product is overfilled to ensure complete recovery.
Centrifuge to remove particulates and prepare fresh working dilution daily.
Based on immunoelectrophoresis, no reactivity is observed to non-immunoglobulin bovine serum components.
Shelf life: 1 year from date of receipt.

Anti-Bovine secondary antibodies are affinity-purified and exhibit well-characterized specificity for bovine immunoglobulins.
They are suitable for detection, sorting, or purification of bovine IgG targets.
Secondary antibodies enhance versatility and sensitivity by enabling multiple detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence) and signal amplification.
