Target Information
CD63 (LAMP-3, lysosome-associated membrane protein-3)는 tetraspanin 계열의 당단백질로, 다양한 세포 유형의 late endosome, lysosome 및 분비 소낭에 존재합니다. 또한 세포 활성화 후에는 세포막에서도 발견됩니다. 이러한 특성으로 CD63은 basophil 활성화 마커로 널리 사용됩니다.
CD63은 integrin과 상호작용하여 식세포작용 및 세포 이동에 영향을 주며, H/K-ATPase 및 ROMK1 채널의 수송 조절에도 관여합니다. 또한 T세포 공동자극 분자로 작용하며, 암의 초기 단계에서 예후 예측에 활용될 수 있습니다. 활성화된 혈소판에서 CD63은 세포막으로 이동하며, 단핵구 및 대식세포에서도 발현됩니다. CD63은 melanoma-associated antigen ME491 및 platelet antigen PTLGP40과 동일한 단백질입니다. CD63 기능 이상은 흑색종 및 Hermansky-Pudlak 증후군과 관련이 있습니다.
