Target Information
NOLC1 is related to nucleologenesis and may play a role in maintaining the fundamental structure of the fibrillar center and dense fibrillar component in the nucleolus. It possesses intrinsic GTPase and ATPase activities and may be involved in transcription catalyzed by RNA polymerase I.
