Target Information
Tachykinin Receptor 1 (TACR1)는 Tachykinin Receptor 계열에 속하며, 신경전달물질 Substance P(Neurokinin 1)를 매개로 인지질대사에 관여합니다. 이 수용체는 우울증, 불안, 스트레스 조절과 관련되어 있으며, 행동 반응, 신경세포 생존, 심혈관 및 호흡 기능 조절에도 영향을 미칩니다. 또한 류머티즘 관절염과 골관절염의 진행에 관여합니다.
TACR1은 대뇌, 혈액 림프구, 비강, 소장, 위 등에서 주로 발현되며, 뇌와 비장 라이브러리에서 ESTs가 분리되었습니다. 두 가지 변이형이 대체 스플라이싱을 통해 생성됩니다.
