Target Information
SNAPs (soluble NSF attachment proteins)는 SNAREs (SNAP receptors) 및 N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive fusion protein (NSF)와 함께 작용하여 수송 소포가 표적 막과 융합되도록 하는 데 필수적입니다. 이는 시냅스 전달, 골지 내 수송, 엔도솜 간 융합, 그리고 트랜시토시스 소포의 세포막 융합 과정에서 중요한 역할을 합니다.
소포-표적 막 도킹은 소포 SNARE가 표적 SNARE에 결합하면서 시작되며, 이후 α-SNAP(또는 뇌에서는 β-SNAP)이 도킹 복합체에 결합하여 NSF의 결합을 매개하고 20S 융합 입자를 형성합니다. NSF가 결합된 후 ATP 가수분해가 융합 과정을 개시하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
