Product Specific Information
The H1.2F3 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD69, also known as very early activation antigen (VEA). CD69 (~35 kDa) is expressed as a disulfide-linked dimer on lymphocyte surfaces. Activation of T and B cells rapidly upregulates CD69, implicating it in lymphocyte activation and development.
- Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis
- Applications Tested: Tested on mouse splenocytes; ≤0.5 µg/test (100 µL volume, 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test). Optimize titer for best performance.
Brilliant Violet™ 786 (BV786) emits at 786 nm and is excited by a violet (405 nm) laser. Ensure instrument compatibility.
When using multiple Brilliant Violet™, Brilliant Ultra Violet™, or polymer dye-conjugated antibodies, use Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (SB-4401-42) or Brilliant Stain Buffer™ (00-4409-75) to minimize non-specific interactions.
Light sensitivity: Protect from light to prevent photo-induced oxidation.
Fixation: Compatible with IC Fixation Buffer (00-8222-49) or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (00-5333-54) for up to 3 days at 4°C in the dark.
Not compatible with methanol-based fixation.

Target Information
CD69 (AIM, Active Inducer Molecule) is a gp28/34 disulfide-bonded homodimer (~60 kDa under non-reducing conditions). It contains one or two N-linked oligosaccharides and is present on activated platelets. CD69 expression is induced upon T lymphocyte activation and may play roles in proliferation and signal transduction in NK cells and platelets.
Associated diseases include coccidiodomycosis and asthma.
