Target Information
CD69 (AIM, Active Inducer Molecule)는 gp28/34 이황화 결합된 호모다이머로, 비환원 조건에서 분자량 60 kDa를 가집니다. 하나 또는 두 개의 N-연결 올리고사카라이드가 포함되어 있으며, 활성화된 혈소판에서 발현됩니다. 정상 말초혈액에서는 일부 세포가 CD69 항원을 발현하며, 림프구 신호 전달에 관여합니다. CD69의 발현은 T 림프구 활성화 시 유도되며, 증식 과정에 역할을 할 수 있습니다. 또한 자연살해세포 및 혈소판에서 신호 전달에 관여할 수 있습니다. 대체 스플라이싱으로 인해 여러 전사 변이체가 존재합니다. CD69 기능 이상과 관련된 질환으로는 코시디오이도마이코시스와 천식이 있습니다.
