Target Information
GAMT는 guanidoacetate를 creatine으로 전환하는 methyltransferase로, S-adenosylmethionine을 methyl donor로 사용합니다. 이 유전자의 결함은 creatine 결핍과 guanidinoacetate 축적으로 인한 신경학적 증후군 및 근긴장 저하와 관련이 있습니다. 두 가지 전사 변형체가 보고되어 있습니다.
