ADAM10, a metalloprotease-disintegrin in the mammalian ADAM family, cleaves TNF-α, Notch, and delta.
Human, mouse, and bovine ADAM10 genes have been cloned and designated ADAM10, KUZ (kuzbanian), and MADM, respectively.
ADAM10 mRNA is expressed in various human and bovine tissues.
