Target Information
KDR (FLK1, VEGFR2)는 type III receptor tyrosine kinase로, 혈관내피세포 성장인자(VEGF)와 높은 친화도로 결합합니다.
이 수용체는 발달 초기에 혈관내피세포 전구체에서 발현되며, Rab GTPase, P2Y purine nucleotide receptor, integrin αVβ3, T-cell protein tyrosine phosphatase 등 다양한 인자에 의해 신호전달 및 수송이 조절됩니다.
