Durvalumab (trade name Imfinzi) is an FDA-approved anti-cancer drug developed by Medimmune/AstraZeneca. It is a human IgG1 kappa monoclonal antibody functioning as a checkpoint inhibitor that blocks the interaction between programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) and PD-1 (CD279).
Anti-Durvalumab Antibody (4B5), mAb, Mouse is produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of partner and B-lymphocytes obtained from a mouse immunized with Durvalumab.
