Reconstitute the lyophilized antibody with deionized water (or equivalent) to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/mL.

Programmed cell death 1 ligand 1 (PD-L1) is one of the two ligands of PD-1. PD-L1 is expressed on macrophages, T cells, B cells, NK cells, dendritic cells, and some cancer cell surfaces. Binding of PD-1 with PD-L1 results in down-regulation of the immune system by inhibiting T-cell activation. Thus, PD-L1 is an important immune checkpoint and a key target for therapeutic antibodies against many cancers.

Target Information

Programmed death receptor ligand 1 (PD-L1, also called B7-H1) is a B7 family member that binds to programmed death receptor 1 (PD-1). This interaction negatively regulates T-cell receptor (TCR) signaling, leading to decreased proliferation and cytokine production. PD-L1 expression is abundant in many murine and human cancers and can be upregulated by IFN-gamma stimulation, suggesting its role in tumor immune evasion.
