Product Specific Information
- Reconstitution: 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size
- Ships as lyophilized powder at room temperature

Target Information
P2Y6 belongs to the family of G protein-coupled receptors. This family includes several receptor subtypes with overlapping pharmacological selectivity for various adenosine and uridine nucleotides. P2Y6 is responsive to UDP, partially responsive to UTP and ADP, and not responsive to ATP.
Expression has been documented in blood cells, bone marrow, brain, colon, heart, kidney, ovary, placenta, spleen, and thymus. ESTs have been isolated from cervix, embryo, eye, kidney, liver/spleen, placenta, and vessel libraries.
