Target Information
LAMP2 (Lysosome-associated membrane glycoprotein 2, CD107b)는 막당단백질 계열에 속하며, 선택적 자가포식(chaperone-mediated autophagy) 모니터링에 사용됩니다.
LAMP2는 세포 내 리소좀의 보호, 유지, 접착에 관여하며, 종양 세포 전이에도 관련이 있습니다.
전사 후 변형 전의 LAMP2는 약 46 kDa이며, 당화 후에는 100–130 kDa의 분자량을 가집니다.
구조적으로는 큰 아미노 말단 리소좀 내 도메인, 소수성 막관통 도메인, 짧은 카복시 말단 세포질 꼬리로 이루어져 있습니다.
LAMP2 단백질은 LAMP-2A, LAMP-2B, LAMP-2C의 세 가지 변형 형태가 있으며, CD107a/LAMP-1과 함께 리소좀막의 주요 구성 요소입니다.
LAMP 단백질은 리소좀 생합성 및 리소좀-식세포 융합 과정에 필수적이며, LAMP2 결핍은 자가포식체 축적을 유발하여 심근병증 및 근병증(Danon’s disease)을 초래할 수 있습니다.
