Target Information
Galectin 3는 IgE를 결합하는 갈락토스 특이적 렉틴으로, CSPG4에 의해 자극된 내피세포 이동에서 α3β1 인테그린과 함께 매개 역할을 합니다. DMBT1과 함께 초기 배아 발생 동안 원주 상피세포의 최종 분화에 필요합니다.
핵 내에서는 pre-mRNA 스플라이싱 인자로 작용하며, 급성 염증 반응, 호중구 활성화 및 부착, 단핵구/대식세포의 화학주성, 사멸 호중구의 옵소닌화, 비만세포의 활성화 등에 관여합니다.
