Target Information
HAL (Histidine ammonia-lyase)는 히스티딘 대사 과정의 첫 번째 반응을 촉매하는 세포질 효소로, L-histidine을 trans-urocanic acid로 비산화적 탈아민화합니다. HAL 결함은 히스티디네미아를 유발하며, 이는 체액 내 히스티딘 및 히스타민 증가와 urocanic acid 감소로 특징지어집니다.
