Target Information
Synapse-Associated Protein 102 (SAP102)는 시냅스 접합부에서 발견되는 세포막 관련 단백질군의 하나입니다. SAP102는 세 개의 약 90 아미노산 길이의 PDZ 도메인, SH3 도메인, 그리고 Guanylate Kinase (GuK) 유사 도메인을 포함합니다. PDZ 도메인은 수용체 및 채널의 클러스터링에 관여하여 신경 가소성에 기여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. SAP102는 NMDA 수용체 및 shaker-type potassium 채널과 같은 단백질의 시냅스막 클러스터링에 관여합니다. 또한 β1-아드레날린 수용체, 세로토닌 수용체, 나트륨 채널 및 추가적인 칼륨 채널 서브유닛 등 T/SXV 모티프를 가진 단백질들과 상호작용할 수 있습니다. nNOS는 자체 PDZ 도메인을 통해 SAP102와 상호작용하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
