In Western blots, approximately 30% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) Reg3A is observed and less than 5% cross-reactivity with rmReg1, recombinant human (rh) Reg1B, recombinant rat Reg2 and rhReg4 is observed.

Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

Target Information

REG3A encodes a pancreatic secretory protein that may be involved in cell proliferation or differentiation. It has similarity to the C-type lectin superfamily. The enhanced expression of this protein is observed during pancreatic inflammation and liver carcinogenesis.
