Description:
이 5F12.4 단일클론 항체는 녹색형광단백질(GFP)을 인식합니다. GFP는 Aequorea victoria에서 유래한 단백질로, 외부 기질이나 보조인자 없이 파란빛(395 nm)을 흡수하고 녹색빛(509 nm)을 방출합니다. 변형 GFP는 더 강한 형광을 나타내며, 유세포분석(Flow Cytometry), 형광현미경, 이중표지 실험 등에 유용합니다. 본 항체는 포름알데히드로 고정된 세포 염색이 가능합니다.

Applications Tested: GFP 발현 세포의 세포내 염색 및 유세포분석에 사용. ≤ 0.125 µg/test 권장. (100 µL 시료 기준)

형광 특성:
PerCP-eFluor® 710은 488 nm Blue Laser로 여기되며, 710 nm에서 방출됩니다.
710/50 또는 695/40 bandpass filter 사용 권장.

Fixation:
시료는 IC Fixation Buffer([Product # 00-8222-49]) 또는 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution([Product # 00-5333-54])에 보관 가능 (4°C, 암소, 최대 3일). 형광 밝기 및 FRET 효율 유지.

Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.

녹색형광단백질(GFP)은 해파리 Aequorea victoria에서 유래한 27 kDa 단백질로, 외부 단백질이나 기질 없이 자가촉매적으로 형광을 형성합니다.
GFP는 유전자 발현 모니터링, 단백질 위치 추적, 세포 내 단백질 이동 연구 등에 널리 사용됩니다.
야생형 GFP는 395 nm에서 흡수하고 508 nm에서 방출하며, 다양한 생물종에서 안정적으로 형광을 나타냅니다.
또한, 단백질 간 상호작용 분석(FRET, yeast two-hybrid system 등)에도 활용됩니다.
