Goat Anti-Mouse IgG:HRP를 2차 항체로 사용한 ECL immunoblot 분석에서 확인됨.
HEL 변형 펩타이드 및 단백질에 특이적이며, 자유 Hexanoyl-Lysine은 검출하지 않음.
Acrolein, Crotonaldehyde, 4-Hydroxy-2-hexenal, 4-Hydroxy nonenal, Malondialdehyde, Methylglyoxal 변형 단백질과 교차 반응 없음.
