Product Specific Information

The 33D1 monoclonal antibody reacts with a mouse dendritic cell (DC)-specific surface marker, DCIR2.
DCIR2 is expressed on various dendritic cell subpopulations from mouse thymus, spleen, lymph node, and Peyer’s patch.
Expression is GM-CSF-dependent and downregulated by IL-4.
Detected in brain dendritic cells post Toxoplasma gondii infection.

Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested: Tested by flow cytometry using mouse splenocytes at ≤0.25 µg/test (100 µL final volume).
Cell number range: 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test.
Antibody should be titrated for optimal performance.

Fluorophore Information:
PerCP-eFluor® 710 emits at 710 nm, excited with 488 nm blue laser.
Recommended filter: 710/50 bandpass (695/40 acceptable alternative).
Ensure instrument compatibility.

Light Sensitivity:
Sensitive to photo-induced oxidation. Protect vial and samples from light.

Fixation:
Samples can be stored up to 3 days at 4°C in the dark using IC Fixation Buffer (Product #00-8222-49) or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product #00-5333-54) with minimal effect on brightness and FRET efficiency.
